Sarah and Polly at the beachby PompouspeteComment: I would've turned the woman sideways a bit for a slimming effect.. her shoulders combined with the longer focal length make her look big. I would've also come in a lot closer to her face to throw the background further out of focus. |

Little Girlby hhuddleComment: Cute baby but the overhead bounce flash needed a little more front fill. Her forehead looks too wrinkly |

Hypnosisby ATX202Comment: Is the center of interest the scarf or her face? I can't tell |

Deathby meyersComment: I dunno, she looks friendly in this picture, with a reasonably nice smile. "Death" is a harsh title despite her nappy hair and goth-like makeup. |

Laura's Carby dgtlcloseComment: Visually my eyes keep bouncing from her face to her hands, it doesn't rest in one spot. Not excited about the expression. |

Kay..Meet "ME"by hollis11Comment: I don't like the over-processed look- harsh contrast, clipped black point and over-smoothed skin. The tilt is OK but would've helped if she were looking at the camera. |

Sunny Day Portraitby treyvusComment: Pose makes no sense given where she is. B&W conversion is OK but I'm not a fan of middle grey tones for skin. |

867-5309by flaggirlComment: Clever use of rule of thirds. Too bad her right eye and not her left is in focus... that or you have a little camera shake |

Pamby kyeboshComment: Nice smile but spotted sunlight and foreshortening due to short focal length lens detract from the picture. My eyes are drawn away from her face with the business behind her. |

Snifferby TacTZillaComment: Contrast, composition and focus all drive my eyes to the nose. Well done, a visual how-to textbook. |
