Lighging and pose is good.

Critique: Why so serious? I would love to see a smile and remember to take off the sunglasses. :-)

Beautiful portrait.

Critique: The hand is a bit bright. I would love to get a better view of the beautiful brown eyes.

She is beautiful!

Critique: You are to close to your subject. Back the camera up a bit and zoom in on her. This should prevent any distortion. I also learned this. Hope it works for you.

These little guys are just beautiful. Kids are soooo hard to shoot. I know from experience. I have 4.

Critique: You did good, but the background is very distracting. Try using a solid color. Black might be nice.

She is beautiful! Doesn't look 49!

Critique: To close to the background. Not sure I like the side view. I would really like to see her smile and some eye contact, but that's just me. :-) Great lighting!

This has an excellent feel to it, almost '70 feel. I don't have a critique.

Very nice lighting and pose.

Critique: The arms seem distorted a bit because they look bigger then his face. I wonder how close you were to the person and what lens you used. Try back away from the person and zooming in. Make sure you use a tripod when using the zoom.

Lovely couple.

Critique: The background is very sharp almost to sharp. A good way to get a good blur in the background is to move the person about 5 feet or more away from the background.

Very proffessional looking. The one thing that bugs me is his expression. Why no smile? 7 vote

Lovely lady. The background is very distracting. Maybe sit her farther away from to get more blur. The lighting is good. Maybe a bit harsh on the left side of her face, but not bad.
