Love this concept, I think it would be better if the image had more contrast. It would imply more colors. Nice diagonal lines.

Love the reflections in the water and the star filter effect on the points of light. I think the composistion would have been a little better if the horizon had been a little lower, to emphasize the sky or higher to empasize the relfections in the water. It's hard to pick a color that this implies, but the cool purple colors of dusk perhaps.
