 Well, to me, the Macca's Aches say Yellow, and everyone knows that, and the signage is always in Red. As a result, this seemed perfect for Colour in Black and White.

The tree to the bottom right is a pain, but couldn't remove it legally.

Post Processed in CS2
Desaturate Master to get Black/Whilte
Adjust Lightness on Yellow Channel
Small adjustment to Levels
Crop, resize for Web and save

not great composition.
This could have been really cool if you were on a tripod, went tight on the frame and went with like a 1 or 3 second shutter and pulled the frame out to wide to get light trails.
