Dark and depressing. Music is bright and beautiful. I am not a fan of the tones used here or the composition. Though this fits the challenge perfectly, it does not convey the happiness or love of music to me. I would love to see the origial as I am willing to bet it is full of colour, bright, and gorgeous.

Hmmmmm... This image is a little bit bright for my personal taste but the underlying story is not lost here. The composition is good too. I can't really see how this fits the challenge as I see no instruments but I suppose it is the music of war that you were portraying here. Anyway, it evoked a strong response and so I vote on that :)
