If I may ask a basic ? What kind of camera are you using? We might be able to share a few tips and tricks on how to soften that flash :) I noticed the stamp on the hand right off too. Funny how things jump out at you LOLOL Your focus is great though. Get those teeth girl!! :) I look forward to seeing more :)

You know, showing the nape of the neck in Elizabethan times would drive a man to distraction. It was considered a "sensual" body part. Interesting that you chose this part of yourself to photograph. I think this is a very good example of art.

Try this: Go to where you will be standing, mark with red tape and auto focus on your tripod head, then go remount the camera on the tripod, change the focus to manual, set your timer, hit the shutter and run back to where you had your mark and pose :) hehe

OR, do the above and have someone else hit the shutter after you are posed :)

Try to shoot at a higher f-stop so there is more in focus and less chance of you missing your mark :)

You did very well for a 1st SP. Congratulations!!

Wow. Your smile says "friendly and fun" but your eyes read trepidation. You did a fine job! You are very pretty! The camera likes you and these side challenges are a great way to come out of your comfort zone :) I can't wait to see more :)

I like the light just barely touching your left eye. Leaves a lot of mystery :) You are spot on about the focus, but in this shot, I am not bothered by it as much. Probably the shadows but it gives it just the right feeling... like you are emerging from the dark. bwahahhahahahaaa Very emotive 1st shot.
