Civilized Hatredby AspenDComment: This one had some potential, but you lost me in two areas: 1) i think cutting off the top of the sword was a mistake, and 2) the lighting is a little harsh, making the image a little flat. Some side lights to capture the texture of the mask would have improved this a lot. |

I Hate being lonelyby ButterflyGirlComment: This is a tough one. I like this image. The lighting is very nice, the composition is well done, and its interesting to look at, if a little grainy (noisy). But its a pretty big shoehorn to enter in this challenge, imho. |

Ice Cold Hateby slamminComment: Doesn't really evoke an image of hate. Composition is off, there are three sets of birds to watch ... one at the left, one in the air, and two off to the right. The most interesting is the one in the air, and he's out of focus. Going in tighter with a longer lens or tighter crop would have helped. |
