I think what might have hurt you in this, is too many people recognised it from a recent challenge. Also, the face is more easily recognized from the thumbnail than it is when you open it full size. And, some people just LOVE the devil, lol!

Ah ha - the devil - I had to look for a few seconds to see it, and your title got me to take that extra time. Nice job 7 from me.

Oh, I dunno... I quite like it. My mother once had a gorgeous wardrobe made out of the stuff :)

Hi Bob, I think I've seen this devil before! Much better capture this time. The lighting is nice and the devil really stands out.

It's true, you only need to look carefully

what is this supposed to be? the devil?
02/21/2007 04:38:49 PM
I just don't find this picture very interesting.

I see what you were going for with this shot... but come on. It's a stretch. When looking for originality, I don't think take almost the exact shot as one that entered in a challenge a week ago is going to fit the bill.
Another image just like this one

I'm not sure how this fits the challenge... :( sorry. I think I can see a face in the wood - it is an interesting subject, and in good focus, too!
