I had a hard time getting this image ... the color on the water is too silver after the BW conversion, lending a strange overall appearance to the photo, and no strong point of interest to grab my attention. 4

GREAT idea! Actually, I shot this same thing (4 elements in 4 glasses) but didn't enter it because I wasn't happy with the result, so I know how difficult this shot was to set up. The glasses in this composition are just ordinary wine glasses, and I think that brings the image down and prevents it from popping. The flame and the earth are both kind of blurred by the glass as well. The water is my favorite ... nicely lit and well exposed. All in all I ended up giving you a 5 -- some good things, some could be improved, and an average result.

I love the reflection in the water, and would have liked to have seen the frame move down a bit to capture the whole reflection and less of the empty space at the top.

nice idea, but i would have liked this better with only one branch -- the two crossing branches are distracting, and the focus is a bit soft on the caterpillar. 5

Nice BW conversion, but no strong subject for the image. The flowers on the sides of the path are too jumbled together to provide a clear subject to look at, but because there's so much going on there it distracts the eye from your main subject

Nice colors, and the exposure on the water being poured is nice, but the overall composition is kind of boring -- perhaps a more interesting looking glass would have helped.
