Sunrise, First storm of the season by cogeroxComment: Beautiful shot, Roger ... love the composition, lighting and tones. The sky was one of the things that drew me into the image, both in the distance and reflected in the water ... didn't know I wasn't supposed to like it until I read the image details! |

day-21by digitalpinsComment: Nice repeating lines and shapes. Interesting subject, would make a nice backdrop to someone walking by the building. The angle for me is just a little off ... looks like it was composed as a straight on shot, but the slight angle to the subject makes the sidewalk tilt upwards which is a little distracting. |

day-20by digitalpinsComment: Lots to look at here. Nice find and an interesting subject. I think I might have liked a tighter shot primarily on the door and graffiti; the cloth (dress?) hanging on the right and the carpets on the steps are distracting, and make the image a little too cluttered for me. |

Huh?by ordinaryangelComment: Great expression! I prefer the B+W ... the muted tones work better for me to keep attention on the face of the main subject. I think the girl in the background enhances the image better in BW as well ... in the color version her pink kimono competes for attention with the main subject. |
