I see you!by mbrutus2009Comment: Great finish for the FS. He was such a slug. He must have been eating something fermented LOL.
I enjoyed the day there, and we didn't get struck, at least not directly, by the lightning later in the day. |

Elegantly Devotedby scooter97Comment: Excellent shot of this nesting egret Scott. Now you need to come back down here to Florida and get some more of these. She looks like a white peacock in this one. |

A little lomoby KelliComment: Flowers are pretty, no matter where you find them growing. Nice contrast, and I like the reality of the dead leaf in this one. |

Buddleiaby MaryOComment: I like the way the lighter front stem and the OOF BG draw my attention to the details up front. Wonderful color contrast in the green area. |

Daffodilsby jomariComment: I like these, but they don't grow here because it never gets cold enough to make them bloom. It's a pretty shot with the dark BG and backlight on the petals. |

Ductsby GermaineComment: I like this one a lot. The story is a reminder that we need to be shooting everyday things that we take for granted, because they can disappear so quickly. |

Hydrangea 2by daisydavidComment: There is good play of light and dark in this, giving it a very good perception of shape and form in the leaves. The monotone is right for it too . |

Bubbles & Beesby KelliComment: Never seen a flower with balls before. : )
It looks like hibiscus to me too. I have a few in my yard, and they are very easy to care for meaning hard to kill. They are fun to photograph, and they add a splash of color when they are in bloom. |

Leopard Lilyby MaryOComment: Ditto the bug comments, and I like the flowers in this too. I like it when I snag a bug in the air in a shot like this. We have a similar looking wild plant here called "Pine Lily". |
