day 17. 30 days of sharpless. wattle by rozComment: Roz, you wattle well. These are pretty flowers. It is difficult to get good pics of complex flowers like this. I guess it is all in the prerspective, and light. |

Butterfly Jitterbugby ephlnComment: This is sweet!
It is hard to stop the action with flying butterfly shots. I am not sure how fast the necessary shutter speed would be, but it is well over 1/250 sec. I can't keep my lenses pointed away from butterflies when they are around either. |

bear.jpgby electrolostComment: I think that the spots have something to do with the "Bambi" illusion. My first impression was to think "What kind of dog is that?"
The very high key works good with this image. The title gives it away a bit, instead of letting each viewer see what he wants to see in it first. |
