Camelopardby bubeltrubelComment: The subject in the center stands out among a very pleasing and full background in this. The way the brightness fades from center to edge in the image adds a lot to the effect. The timing and crop or framing is just excellent too. I am happy to see that it did so well in a free study. |

Abracadabraby jmritzComment: It's interesting that the blur in this image is almost exactly the way we see things with our eyes, or at least I do. There is a small area of sharp mental focus, and the rest of the scene is not so clear. It keeps us from being flooded with too much imput. |

Talk to Meby JutildaComment: It's neat that you got the eyes sharp, and the rest of the birds are blurred. Good idea to use the two shots to make the one statement. |

by nixterComment: Because the rest of the image is all low color, I am drawn right to the prism of color in the foreground in this image. |

Down-a-Country-Road.jpgby IvoryComment: You scatter light like magic splashes thru your exquisite images. You have "Rural" in your heart, and it shows in your images. |

Dawns Poetic Lightby IvoryComment: I look for places where the sun is shining thru the trees and lighting patches of ground and plants as they are in this image. Beautiful. |

MixedMessagesby rozComment: I also thought that I had commented on this image. Did you take it out, and repost it?
This is a fine image without any explanation, but with the title, it's a knockout. I also like the desat. It does not need sharpening, as the softness adds to the overall effect and mood. Table top POV is perfect. |

spectatorsby rozComment: Excellent shot with the reflection and the split at the center! I hope that your team won. |
