Macro - Macro - Day 2by slaaksoComment: That +4 does a very nice job of getting a sharp macro focus. This image somehow reminds me of "Sponge Bob" cartoons. I think that it is the colors, and mostly the particular combo of blue and yellow. |

Day 2 - m&m'sby kteachComment: The Easter colors are a pleasing reminder of coloring eggs when I was little. I am wondering if you just used your 50mm 1.8 as normal, to shoot this, or did you reverse it or use an extension tube? Now I want to go find some M&M's. |

Hole Noteby JMartComment: Good idea to use the sheet music, and the effect is interesting. The fall off in focus to the BG helps with this shot. Conversion to B&W would make the little bit of blue go away if you don't want it there. I think that it is cool to leave a hint that this isn't a B&W.
