Sweet! The hand on the elbow is the only thing that I can see that I would have tried to improve in this shot, maybe have him move it to her shoulder if the shot is posed. If it's just shooting what is offered, then it's excellent.

My first thought is that I like the color contrast with the red, white, then brown. Good composition makes this shot for me with the flowing line of the train leading to her in the frame of the door.

Ha Ha! My first impression was "green pumpkin pie?" This is a good pattern find.
For the highlights problem, you could try wrapping a full sheet of poster board into a tube, then set the bottle in that to shoot. That may even out the light some.
Another suggestion would be to put it where there is a dark BG and shoot it with light coming through the glass from the opposite side, which would be lower left in this case.

That's sweet Roz. There is a little highlight in AM's hair, in the center of her forehead that could use a little tone down. It seems to detract from her beautiful face a bit, but that may just be something about the way I see things. That's a fine poster. : )
