I shoot a lot of sunset scenes like this one, and have found that the sky will often reward you with a magic color burst if you can stay and keep shooting until the light is almost completely gone. The light along the horizon gets redder and the sky gets bluer until about 20 minutes after the actual "sunset" moment.
I like the layers in this. It's dock, water, dock, land, sky.

This is a marvelous outdoor scene. It has four of my favorite subjects, bird, water, tree, and sunset sky. Everything came together for this one, and you were ready with the right lens and settings. It's a thrill to me to watch through the viewfinder and anticipate "the moment" when a scene like this is developing.

This looks like a very nice street for a walk. In the photo, if the girls had been closer, they would dominate the image, and further away, they would not be significant in the image. They add a lot of life to an otherwise ordinary scene without overwhelming the image.

You nailed this one. Exposure, composition, square crop, and subject are all A+.
The only nit that I could pick would be to do something with the little bright spot on top of the girl on the left side.

You captured a great moment with this image. The solid white BG is very good in putting the important subject right out front in this. This image connects.

Photos like this one are what make family albums great to have. They are little adults before you even notice, then one more eye blink, and you are making albums of the grandkids.

This is quite a place to see. It's an image that reads from the bottom up, since both sides are almost mirror image, and the staircase leads right up the center. Exposure is exactly right to get the bit of detail in the curve right at the top.
I wouldn't want to have to wash the walls and windows there.

This is very nice. I like the combination of items, and the texture in the rock adds a lot to the image. Contrast and range of light to dark is excellent too.

My son had one of these trailers, he bought it about 1999, and we used it for a camp in the woods. It's well built, that's for sure, like an aircraft.
That's an excellent image for a pin hole shot.
