Nothing wrong with the tilt (that I can tell) and a great perspective! Looks like a remarkably elegant hotel, not a hospital! |

An excellent shot IMO. Contrast in this photo is very nice, it feels like there is a post process, probably contrast. Coming out of a camera, excellent settings :) |

It's funny you should mention cleaning...
I work the nightshift, so I get to see such things happen.
There's a vehicle that looks sorta like a spider crossed with an extendable boom vehicle that comes in the front door and deploys its legs across the lobby, which then extends up to the top. Takes an entire night to clean the windows. If you're curious, this is actually a hospital, though I know you probably would've never guessed. Those windows you see on the side of the lobby walls are patient rooms, and the glass in the very top of the shot is in an outdoors atrium thing that you can look back down through into the bottom of the hospital. Pretty cool design.
From what I had heard, those tracks in the ceiling were originally designed to accept some sort of cables for a hanging window cleaning setup, but there were problems of some sort so they use the spider thing now. It just BARELY fits in the front door (maybe 2 inches extra on the top). |

This is quite a place to see. It's an image that reads from the bottom up, since both sides are almost mirror image, and the staircase leads right up the center. Exposure is exactly right to get the bit of detail in the curve right at the top.
I wouldn't want to have to wash the walls and windows there. |

The tilt is barely detectable. Only the bottom stairs give it away, but if it came back the other way the top would tilt a bit I think. Anyway it is a very pleasing image. |
