Mother and Sonby Blue MoonComment: I like this shot. I find the mothers lack of arm a little distracting. If she has an arm (and I hope she does) I think I would rather have seen it comming down to touch the baby as a point of affirmation and bonding. Without this touch (for me) the picture doesn't quite gel properly.
Two attractive models though, well lit, and nice colouring. |

Marie-Antoinetteby ShermyComment: Nice lighting and colouring- I'm not quite sure about the crop. Should you have drawn back to show us a bit more of her or pulled in tighter to focus on the head and hair . . not sure. Nice picture though. |

QAAMby cheegirlComment: I have to be honest - I have no idea what QAAM means if indeed it means anything. when I Googled it I got ' Quality Assurance Analyst/Manager ' hmm not sure he's a Quality Assurance Manager, and 'Quick-Maneuvering Air-to-Air Missile'. Now I love the second suggestion . . but again I'm not convinced. H
However this is such a great shot that I don't really care what it stands for, and I'm going to give you a 10. Well done. |

T.I.M: Time Is Moneyby kiwinessComment: I think this is an exceptional shot and if I could give more than 10 points I probably would. However I can only give 10 so I have.
My only thoughts are how it would have looked with one of the clock hands leaving the frame to balance the one entering it. |

BICby philupComment: This looks like HDR software has been used, along with a wide angle lens. It has been used to good effect though. I really like this shot - perhaps the clouds on the extreme left are over dark, but overall It's really strong. |

AA - One day at a timeby ValdoComment: I think this is a tremendous shot, conveys the isolation of addiction in a powerful but non-threatening way. a clear 10 for me. well done. |

Disputed Territory IIby GreetmirComment: I think I prefer your 'Disputed Territory 1' for conveying the message, but if you wanted to carry the series on, perhaps for DT3 you could have an example of a tree or plant growing out of a wall. For me that's where the dispute really happens, when nature fights back. |

Bricksby GreetmirComment: As an overall image I like this. I think for me there needs to be something else in the foreground to help add depth as at the moment it is a little bit of a 'picture of two halves'.
The top half is a nice sunset(?) while the lower half is a little bit too continous and lacking in features to draw the eye in. The brick effect is an interesting way to join the two halves of the picture.
A pleasing shot, but with something extra in the foreground it could have been even better - that might well just be my view though :- ) |
