HDR conversion from a single RAW. I personally love the light in the centre of the path. This so called snowstorm which triggered a weather-alarm here in Holland lasted only a couple of hours, then it started to rain and everything was gone within a few hours. But it was beautifull while it lasted :-)

Ill add to the chorus of praise here and just mention how amazing the composition of this photograph is - an artist couldn't have done a better job drawing free-hand. Extremely beautiful.

If you duplicate the image and got to filter->other->high pass and set the pixels to around ten or so and click ok. then change the layer to hard light, all of the snowflakes really pop in the image. You can move the opacity around to get the effect to how you like it. Personally I think this image is fantastic and wouldn't change a thing :). But when I saw all the snow it made me think of it so I thought I would share.

Wow what a beautiful shot, looks like around my area the past week. Really love the color and the feel to the picture. Your composition is flawless and the border just brings it all home. Well done.

Beautifully captured and rendered. Love being able to see the diagonal lines of the snowfall. Toning works very well - nice use of HDR, too.

What Jeff and Shez said ... WOW Tanja ... you NAILED it! ... It is gorgeous!

At 1.7 to 1 it's going to need a custom frame. :(

Quite magical and so mysterious feeling it evokes.....
Yes, it is a stunning image, and you have captured it at its best.....
The unknown mystery at the end if the path, is so inviting.....
I think this is a really very special capture, and you should be very proud ot this one.....
I love the post processing, re the duotones, as it suits the mood of the mage.

This is a lovely study - Living in LA I do miss my snow showers - Can you imagine what a lonely figure just out at the end of that path would have looked like? This is still a great image and I like the post processing. Really well done.I love the solid tree on the left to just frame it off.
