The only slight distraction for me visually is the white band bottom left corner (T-Shirt?), I would rather that was a more muted colour so it didn't draw the eye away from the focal point.
That said - still a lovely shot :- ) |

It would be really interesting to see the colour taken out of the grass to help the viewer focus more on the cow, and tone down the colours on the cow a bit.
But otherwise really good idea.
Obviously related to that other Biblical animal - Joseph's 'goat of many colours' . . |
