Well, I guess a few people will know my sons by now but as models are in short supply and these guys do a decent job, I used them again. I have no idea at all what the voters will think of it but I quite like it. The effect was gained in basic (of cause) I used several adjustment layers 2xcurves layer 2xselective colour layer set them differently and blended them together in NORMAL mode of cause. I have edited another version of the same shot using the NO RULES set and it looks very nice indeed, but BASIC means BASIC so here we are..

est score - 5.8 (I been doing bad lately)
dream score - If it hits a 7 I'll be in heaven

As usual I have about 4 to choose from and probably submitted the wrong one but that's life hehehe.

So you changed the POV! This was a great choice! So many interesting things to look at from the wall to the walkway leading down center. You have very good looking sons!

I just love the rich texture and editing. Shame the average voter doesn't see it that way. ;~(

Marac - I really thought this was going to place higher - the feel of this one is really outstanding. Excellent leading lines, wonderful balance of the two young men, really solid contrasty b/w image.

Great finish. I had this pegged as higher ... one of your 10s.

wtg Mak! You did pick the right one. I like the layout and symmetry of the shot. Cool processing too. Great idea , if you should ever pursue it again...add another person in the shot, using the same pattern and it's a great group photo.

Nice perspective and idea. The image has a very surreal feel to it. It almost looks like an HDR image that was turned black and white???

I LIKE THIS PHOTO, GREAT USE OF COLOR, VERY WELL DONE. IT IS UNEXPECTED TO SEE ANOTHER PERSON IN THE PHOTO ADDRESSING THE CAMERA.

I like the post-processing effect, but find it a little to harsh for my liking. I think it would make a good album cover!

Nice retro feel. Very effective at making me feel like part of the shot and bring forward that emotion.

nice image, i like the two subjects and the lines leading into the frame. Although it looks a little overprocessed, there seems to be halos everywhere.

i understand you're going for a certain style here but i think it might be a tad oversharpened. Cool photo nonetheless 8
