Somewhere she's running barefoot...by jodis_evaComment: Love this shot - the colours, crop, composition - all look really good to me. Very strong, with puchy colours.
I'm not sure about the title - I think the shoes look abandoned rather than cast off . . I think the title might work better in a flower filled meadow, or on a beach.
Anyway - good shot. |

Queen o' the Mayby elizadebComment: a shot with a slightly haunting quality about it - there is so much in the photo that is indistinct, then in one corner (almost) is a little girls face. It appears to be slightly desaturated which I think works well here. |

The Carnival is Overby ThatChickOverThereComment: This has a wonderful slightly surreal air to it. I'm not sure if these things are common where you live, but I've never seen one before, and to have a giant (fibreglass?) lemon sitting alone near a street with an old box leaning against it just looks wonderfully out of context.
