You betcha. I can hardly stand how much I like the blues in this, the sharply defined horizon, the whiteness of the waves, especially straight lines of them echoing the horizon.

Like the muted colour - fits the scene. Fine composition on the whole; the strip of grass in the foreground seems a little incongruous with the understated subtlety of the rest of the photo. (Don't know what to suggest).
Edit: if you do darken the sky as Erik suggests, do it only slightly; not sure it is necessary.
2nd edit: maybe make the grass browner?

Not sure about the foreground, though the leading lines and light on the water to the left are impressive; but I love the sky and the farm buildings (don't mind the parallax)- like painting by Hart Benson.
