Good subject matter. I personally would like to have seen this cropped in tighter though. The light is a little harsh for such a reflective matterial and created a few hot spots. But other than that I like the idea.

Interesting vignette effect. I think I would have liked the image better if the crop was tighter and the image was posted larger. I like the subject but the partial tree on the right is a little distracting.

My wife cross-stitches alot. I can do it but I don't. Good idea, the composition could use a little work though. Maybe a different angle or somthing like that. The light is a little harsh, but that being said you did a good job of keeping your whites from being hot or blown out.

Personally, I feel that if this was entered into the urban landscape challenge it would have had a chance at winning. I also feel it is a good image for this challenge as well. The light and composition are very pleasing to look at. The Hot spot in the middle is a little distracting, but I am sure there was nothing you could have done for that. Any way, nice image.

This, for me, is one of the best flower shots in the challenge. The light is done very well, soft and gentle. The composition is also nice.
