51 MOA Escalatorsby davidwComment: Wow! A lot going on in this shot. Very busy, but I like all the reflections from the sides of the escalators. If we try to take photos at our shopping centres we are told to delete the images and put the camera away. There seems to be a phobia that anyone with a camera is taking reconnaissance shots for foul means. |

Day 15 - End of Seasonby KenComment: What a great slice of life - Ho Hum!! All the chores around the place. Luckily we don't get all the leaves falling here in winter; we just get all the branches falling off the eucalypts usually around august when the winds get up a bit: but they make a great bonfire in winter. |

Day 15 - Game and trainby hajekaComment: Looks like the white team has a penalty corner - did they score?? I can imagine the passengers in the train hoping to see a bit of the action. |

Day 13 - Photosby hajekaComment: I like the lines and the flow of the image on the left. Even though it's not as dramatic as the centre shot it seems to me to be better balanced. JMO |

15-nov 08 slice of life. bullantby rozComment: 'Bloody brilliant' lol - that'll teach you not to put your thumb near a bullant's bum. I know how these little buggers hurt, and by the look of your thumb, it may be a trip to the dr. for some antihistamine..... |

Lake Sideby annigComment: Excellent shot Anne of this Double Crested Cormornant. The actual crests or plumage on the top of the male's head only become apparent for a short period of time during the breeding season. The redness of the gullet, behind the beak, also intensifies in colour. Nice capture - looks like he was hiding from you. |
