Lol - that is one heck of an essay. Ok if this scored poorly, then my photo is crap because it scored lower than yours.

Ok here's the patterns I see, for those that fail to see them (geez):

1) Two trees connected by the double line.
2) All the little squares
3) The white lines of the cross walk.
4) The barrier sticks running along the curb. (ooh and their shadows!)

This is not a pattern thingy but I just noticed this and it's pretty cool - you have a bike, it's shadow, and then there is a white symbol of the bike in the street. Very coolies.

Great photo with lots to look at. Fun, very fun.

04 - Posts and Chains

What's cool about this is that your conversion almost makes the posts look like decorated glass instead of concrete, stone, or metal (not sure what it is lol). The curved ice is beautiful too.

Week 08 - Mist

I think the grainy look is perfect. It gives that sense of calm eeriness and makes you wonder what the boat pilots have to go thru to get to their destination.

World's Fair Pavilion

You do the coolest stuff with your IR shots. Makes me want to buy a filter. The sky and clouds are beautiful. I also like the frosted trees on the left.

Week 6: One American Center

The contrast is awesome. It's almost like an optical illusion with the black and whites jumping out at you. Nice conversion.

7- Twirling

The background is not a bother at all. This is adorable! You are going to have so many wonderful photos of your kids. I love how well she pops out from the background. The motion captured is wonderful as well.

Week 3: A Day at the Beach

I like the fun and energy of this. I like that you can see your eye thru one lens. Also the starburst on the sunglasses is cool.
