Across and Aroundby levyj413Comment: I think I like this better than the outtake. This makes me feel like I am part of the picture. Looks great in black and white. I love the strong contrast. I like the curve at the end too. Welcome back! |

The Power Behind The Pedalby jonfrommkComment: I'm sorry to see that you are disappointed with how this turned out. I think at this site, if you want to get the high scores, then you would need to incorporate this subject into a story more. Look at this photo without the title and what does it tell you? I see a leg amongst objects. If you want to engage the viewer more, why not also show a little more of the bike? I am thinking more of a profile view, where we see the foot on the pedal and also the calf. This puts "action" in the viewers mind and i guess you get to see the muscle at work. Not sure if this makes any sense. Just my thoughts here. |

Happy to see me? No, guess not.by MelethiaComment: Ok so I forgot to leave my comment. BEFORE we talked, I was going to say that I thought that maybe this interpretation extended beyond the human body and you were looking at body parts of a plant. And if I was wrong, and this wasn't a plant, that I did not really want to know what this was. HOWEVER, since we talked, now all I see are little dicks on sticks (woulda been a good title)!!!! heheheheee
Excellent macro btw :D |

What a great find! Would have really been funny if the guy was just a bit lower. Love the selective highlighting too. Congrats on 7th place! |
