Vintage Baseball Player IIby bmartuchComment: looks pretty cool Bob :) One of the reasons why I thought you should try this in black and white was because of the yellow cast you had in the other edited picture. You could still play with that one and see what happens if you desat some of the yellow. I'm looking forward to see your baseball pics this year! |

Spending Timeby LydiaComment: What an interesting picture Lydia! The tilt really does throw you off balance and then forces you to look around the photo to find a grounding point. What a different composition - very cool. |

Saginaw Old Goldsby bmartuchComment: The expression on their faces really seems to jump out of this photo. The next thing for you to try now is to either mask the Topaz out of the background or soften it - I find that makes the foregroup pop out even more. OH! And whenever you are Topazing a portrait, run the original thru the noise reducing software first. I find that makes quite a difference. |

Flashed (in more ways than one)by KelliComment: I don't know why, but I got a really good chuckle from your title. I love these birds, they are so pretty! Great capture of the color. |

Anti-Flashby IraklisComment: Definitely underrated. I loved the angles and how it seems as tho the background is kind of tilting out, while the person and shadow is acting as an anchor to keep it from sliding away. Cool shot. |

A Newbornby bspurgeonComment: It will be fun to watch her grow up in front of the camera. She looks so serious here! Can't wait to see ones of her smiling :D |

the day is doneby kolasiComment: Oh Panos I thought this was very cool and I would have expected it to finish higher. I love how the sun is highlighting just part of your face (great clarity btw for a hand-held shot) and the cigarette really enhances the noir-like feel. Now on to the anti-smoking part of my message... :P
Great shot! |
