Interesting to have that tower of red there. Too bad the tree is in the way - it would have looked like either the tower was being struck or was the source of power. Very cool!

It's amazing how some pictures that obviously show spinning (which if I recall is the theme of the challenge) did not score as well as they should. No surprise here of course. Love the composition and you just about have that perfect circle in the middle. Nice job! Should have scored higher.

Standing still

Hmmm people are looking for a wow factor. I bet if this piece were on a beach or in the mountains or had a comet in the background you REALLY woulda had someone's attention. So from here on out, you must strive to take your pictures in geographically exciting locations. Heh!

I did not vote in this challenge so I cannot tell you what my reaction to it then would have been. I think the lighting is awesome, the border is a perfect compliment, and it is STILL. Good compostition too. Nice job in my book!
