it's too bad that you would let thoughts of how voters "prefer" things keep you from entering this in a challenge. the only thing i would do different is change the title. let people guess who this really is. i thought this was some man taking notes outside of a house or in some kind of garage. i like the mystery of it.

heh you know fromt he thumbnail i thought the horse was smoking a cigarette. love it - who would expect such a light tongue to come from a dark horse? (i know very little about horses btw lol)

very cool, great perspective, great contrast. i would never think to take a picture of something like this. plus having to get on the ground that low means i have to get back up lol.

you know, i love that the tree balances with the strip of building on the far right. it is too bad that the car is there, but it is like the picasso girl has wrapped her arms around it and is keeping watch over the man and the car.

i get the impression of movement in the pic. the clouds are going one way and the woman is going in the opposite direction. personally i'd like to see it a little less dark so that the coat does not blend in with the horizon.

this is like an artsy billboard. like you can tell that the picture outside the window is overemphasized - and what that does is add drama to the pic. her profile view adds the extra wow to the pic.

i think it is a beautiful thing to see the rays of the sun streaming past the clouds. the tree adds a nice element to the pic as well.

i don't think i saw the other one. love the drama in this. she has that look of awe and the water falling behind her adds to the mystery. very pretty!
