Excellent idea, good composition and the bright colour palette works really well for the image. There does seem to be some processing artefacting going on around the girls arm, which once spotted is quite distracting.

Ha! Clever. Still life with pairs/pears - totally random, and all the better for it.Trying to work out if the bark has any significance other than its aesthetic appeal. Possibly a tiny bit more contrast may give the photo a little more 'pop', and it would be interesting to see it in mono - might play to the different textures.
