I was looking through my art books, and the more I looked at Impressionist paintings, the more I thought back to this photo. I feel that of all the photos posted to the side challenge, this most closely fits with Impressionist school in terms of art. Light and people doing what they do were two of the most defining aspects of impressionism, and this fits the genre so well.

Who would have thought a photo of a carpark could be made so interesting and aesthetically pleasing! The quality of light and reflections in the puddles are spot on, and the image really does shout out impressionism.

i really like the texture of the grasses, and the soft poppy against them. Not so sure about the inclusion of the strong stem diagonally across the composition.
