the sweepy feel of the clouds is a nice contrast to the cityscape - but i am not a fan of the the choice of composition with the horizon so low

the lighting in the far right is almost impossible for us to see at this size - too bad - the image has a lot of potential

the idea of light painting the tree is a good one to bring out some detail, but it seems to overwhelm the sky a bit

the lights burning the sky, the movement of people almost oblivious to the slight, the distorted view of the building and askew road - i just am not sure about the object above the 'light' a step or two forward may have eliminated this - but may have resulted in you getting run over by a taxi....

a cool 60s feel to this shot - the tail lights, the weakness of the headlamps, the city below - i just wish the perspective were a bit different - the mountains in the upper left give this an unbalanced feel as if the image is leaning
