The Lord of the Ringsby aerogurlComment: i like the glow created by the ring - well done touch. I am not really sure I like the grain in the face, however. The nose and under the eyes seem a bit too pixelated |

The Usual Suspectsby TomComment: I sort of remember this movie but I am not sure that this shot really grabs my impression of the movie - i just recall the line up with the five suspects... The angle of the shot is pretty solid - i like the low angle to emphasize the power of the police and the weakness of the suspect. |

"What are ya rebelling against, Johnny?" "Waddya got?"by EfergohComment: Really nice studio shot - i like the look of the girl and the handsome man playing Johnny. The one thing about the shot that bothers me a bit is that it does look like a studio photo shoot rather than a movie shoot - Johnny looking at us doesn't work for me - I would rather a steely-eyed focus away from us.
I think giving us the title of the movie "The Wild One" instead of the famous line would have helped your score. It's a good shot - i just worry it will suffer because people may not know the connection. |

The Love Childby sigrun_thComment: This is a technically solid and quality portrait. I have come back to this a couple of times and even went looking for a connection to the movie. I think what hurts this image is the connection to a movie - The movie of this name that I know is about a woman trying to raise her baby in prison and I really don't see a connection to it here. still it gets a 6 for quality of image |

Home Alone (with a twist)by Dirt_DiverComment: Very well photographed - good focus and great facial expression. I think the title doesn't quite work for me - I would have lost the (with a twist) - it distracts the connection to the original. |

Psycho - Shower with Motherby FrankRobinsonComment: The subdued colors works pretty well here (being that the original was in b/w). The grain also seems to fit but the vignette seems to be a bit too much for me - i would have liked it a bit better with more starkness of light throughout.b |

Fellow Kin (Sami Swoi - Polish Film)by artvetComment: This is a fabulous image - the composition is stunning - especially the placement of the house and dog behind the man - and the man is so full of life and dignity. I don't know the film but I trust you on this one. |

Red Dawnby MAKComment: Cool capture. I love the misshapen sun, the rays of clouds and contrails, the trees in the foreground and the powerlines. Really good stuff! |

Abyssby IreneMComment: Love the shape and smoothness of this image - the only knock I have is the jagged edge to the water. |
