i was seriously addicted to lollies and all things sweet as a child and for years and years ... i still love those dangerous things but eat them in moderation now .. i had a low blood sugar which i didnt have diagnosed till recently which explained my sugar cravings .. eating protein is the way to fix it as its a slow release rather than a sudden wack .. dr roz strikes again .. lol .. :) .. i always had a real downer tho after eating too much sugary things but kept doing it anyway ... some ppl never learn ...!!
