i copied and pasted the link ..
just loved the work .. so creative .. i got to the portal page .. and wanted to see more .
but when i clicked on the canvas or paper etc it didnt load in time and timed out ..
on that portal page .. i had to stop myself from making comparisons .. with myself and this wonderful artist .
those three images on that portal page .. more than magic ..
i can see why you are grateful for this person and what he does ..
i can imagine that he would be a wonderful inspiration to you ..
you are indeed 'lucky' to have attracted such creativity into your life .. :)

i'm a bit over this sort of image to be honest ..
but this one has circumvented that mind set .. !! ..
i love the grungy wall .. and the way it has the tree's patterns in it .. the flowers and grass are a wonderful contrast .. the window .. is a great element in this image ..

5.5 .. seriously .. and i've looked at the ones that beat you ..
its like we are living in a weird and off kilter dimension .. where what you think and believe is severely tested ..
check out Judi's flowers .. so dramatic and beautiful ... and such impact .. the voters didnt seem to agree .. i thought hers would definitely get a ribbon or be on the first page ..
pisses me off .. your 5.5 .. and how images that dont do it for me do better than ones that do .. !! ..
i wonder if lots of ppl feel that way ..
ps .. i'm loving your vibrant colours in this .. it says spring totally .. :)
and altho you said your new phone is better than your dslr .. the one thing that phones cant do quite as well is shallow dof .. i'm sure they'll get that one sorted tho .. :)

the details you have captured in this image are just amazing .. and the depth of field .. usually a bit more shallow can be more appealing .. but in this image it totally works .. this says spring so perfectly ..
