ps .. astounded by the 2 votes of 2 and 2 votes of 3 .. then i looked at a couple of the best scorers and they also got some very low votes .. i really feel that there's a conflict of interest when you vote in a challenge you are entered in .. for some ppl thats not going to create that conflict and they are very happy to give credit where credit is due .. even if it may impact on their own image .. but in the case of a lot of the low votes in this challenge i would be so bold as to assume that they were cast by competition ..
this is an ongoing debate .. but i really was blown away by the low votes on the ribbon winners in this challenge .. and yours .. :(

I went back looking at the photos after I'd commented .. and saw this again .. and thought of you .. it is such an incredible image .. I could see this hanging in an art gallery anywhere in the world ..
the low voters .. of which you had a few .. don't seem to understand abstract or art when it hits them square in the face ..

i've just read your story .. i had no idea ..
your story brought tears to my eyes .. was like watching a very sad and poignant movie ... i'm so glad that it has a 'happier ending' than might have been .. i hope that any of the ptsd aftereffects have faded ..
its a crazy place this virtual world .. we know a certain amount about each other .. but never the full story ..
and even in the real world .. we dont then either ..
i'm so happy you have your husband and son .. that they were your strength during that devastating time .. i just cant imagine what it was like for you ..

but when something of that magnitude happens ... and the very close call you had .. i'm thinking you have survived for a reason .. having said that .. i feel we are all here for a reason .. and it doesnt have to be earth shaking ... just doing the best you can .. and being kind and loving to your fellow man .. are a great foundation .. but you have that wonderful gift of your photography ... i wonder if that is part of your reason .. and what else .. xx
