& ahha .. you've got a micro lens .. is that similar to macro.. coz i'm gonna be getting a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro very very soon ... i can hardly wait ..

i like the way you've brought out more detail in the tree on the lhs, but i do prefer that sombre blue/green of the sky from the unedited version ... but you'd know by now that i'm particularly partial to dark and gloomy!!!!!! ... so once again its just my opinion ..

wow roger ... you've taken a stunning photograph and i love your processing .. you've created a totally different feel .. before it was soft and subdued and now its more dramatic ... both are wonderful .. to say which one is 'best' is just a matter of opinion ... i like them both equally, but for different reasons ....
