this is another excellent portrait ... i loved your heavy equipment operator .. in fact that image has passed thru my mind several times since seeing it .. this guy is someone else entirely yet they two images seem linked in some way .. i dont think its because of the same sort'v border either .. could be the way you've processed them, with that lovely sharp yet delicate look .. cant explain it .. just fantastic work .. should i call it work ? .. it seems like the wrong word sometimes .. :)

the tone is beautiful ken .. its a lovely image .. the out'v focus background following the lines of the stalk give this a feeling of movement to me .. also .. noticing the centre of that flower .. it looks like wasps have built a nest in it .. lol .. they probably havent it just looks like it .. :)
