oh Erin .. just noticed the dq ..
i dont use lightroom or import into photoshop .. so would never have known that that would be a problem in a minimal edit challenge ..
i've read what you wrote in the dq thread .. and you are right . .
they should make it very obvious what you can do in a minimal edit ..

i'm really sorry this happened to you and knocked this stunning image off the front page ..
you should print it and hang it on your wall .. its just so beautiful .. that way the dq mightnt feel quite so yucky .. xx

but yesterday i visited my nephew David and i looked through this challenge with the twins .. who are 9 years old ..
we all loved this pic .. i told them i new the little boy's grandpa .. that we talk about spiritual things .. lol ..
this is the sort of pic that should be printed .. digital images get lost .. :)

many congratulations on such an amazing image and fourth place .. so dramatic .. the light is sublime .
i love the feeling of foreboding that i get when i look at this image ..
those heavy clouds above .. almost out of this world .. just wonderful .. :)
