Does SIZE matter?by JuliBocComment: Wow, I've got some serious lens envy after looking at this photo! I must be like your guy friends :-) And for the record, I thought a woman took this photo for sure, because while guys like to allude to their, um size being XL, they don't tend to like to allude to the whole "compensation" thing :-) |

Battle of Nomanslandby raishComment: Raish,
I thought the concept was quite clever, actually. I gave it a 6. The blown highlight no doubt hurt you, and I agree with Darren that it has the appearance of being thrown together rather quickly. Still found it an interesting entry - and I'm not adverse to giving out 2's or 3's at times, so a 6 is not my "bad" score. |

The Gila Woodpeckerby AzCKellyComment: I love the way you captured his environment. This is a saguaro? I would have considered a little dodging on his face to bring the whites out, but still a really nice photo. |

Internal Affairs by MAKComment: Congrats on your ribbon, highly deserved. In fact I found this the most interesting entry of the challenge, an image that crosses the line from a nice capture into art. |

Cleaning Charlotte's Webby BlackboxComment: That's a really sad story, actually. I hate killing anything. Spiders do a lot of good in the world, but black widows are still really scary and can be aggressive. Poor thing, hope she laid some eggs before her demise... |

Peter Rabbitby kearockComment: This rabbit is so very cute. I love his inquisitive face, long ears, and surrounding soft colors. I'd like to see him a little sharper, but still a nice capture. |

Installationby palfinComment: The concept is interesting on this. It looks quite grainy, however, and the shadows/lighting are harsh. Consider softening a touch? |

Night Watchby tjmuellerComment: The architecture is nice, but the light looks harsh and a bit blown. Would like to see this with a little shorter exposure and longer DOF perhaps. |
