Escapeby levyj413Comment: Great expression, looks like she's blowing her heart out on that clarinet. I saw your thread on PP. I really liked some of the ideas, especially the clouds to help pop the subject. Her face could use a little work in the lighting department, but you did nicely capture the whole tonal range here. |

Pistil meets Stamenby jaysonmcComment: A solid entry with nice crisp lines and background. I agree it doesn't stir me, however. I imagine if the whole DOF from pistil to petals was in focus it would be a bit more intriguing, or maybe some work on lighting. Nothing wrong with this entry, though - just not your best work. |

DAY 20. where i live. gum tree silhouettes in the mist .by rozComment: I love the mood you've evoked here. Mysterious but not dangerous. The tree trunks remind me of the legs of giraffes or gazelles, very slender and attractive. Like all of these trucks were actually legs and they are going to start dancing in the forest. |

ritualby whiteroomComment: Fascinating capture. I wonder what he thought of you taking his photo - he looks a little wary, but maybe he's used to it? This almost as a "light on white" feel which adds to the sense of mystery and quiet drama. I'd love to see more from this series. |
