I'd prefer to see the top of this shot cropped to a little above the text. The bright sky above the clouds detracts from the cityscape. And by cropping that portion, you would have a more standard postcard size. I'd also pick a nicer font. Courier doesn't have much appeal.

I'm a little bothered by the front door being blocked by the arch over the gate. You want the shot to say WELCOME. If the it had been taken from a sidestep to the right, the door would have been framed by the arch, inviting guests to enter.

This is a really cool shot! It looks like a close-up on an eye, reflecting the mall. Not sure about the postcard appeal. It may be too artsy for the postcard public.
