Out of focus and over exposed, maybe shutter speed is too slow? I can't really grasp what you're trying to convey here.

I am very curious to know what this photo means to you. There are no spots, so you don't seem to be concerned with the challenge, so there must be some other reason for sharing this.

Technically, there are a few things wrong with this.
1. It is over exposed. The building in the background is washed out. A faster shutter speed would help control this.
2. There is a lot of camera shake which makes this shot look blurry. This could also be helped by a faster shutter speed.
3. The composition is crooked. One mistake I often make is focusing on the subject as I look through the camera, you must remember to look at the border around the image when you are taking the picture.

I hope all of this is helpful!

Sorry, I don't understand. What is this picture trying to say? I don't know what it has to do with spots.

I assume you're shooting for the rather popular brown ribbon here?

Is this an attempt at a Seurat look? I admire the experimentation, but the composition isn't that interesting. 6
