He looks like things are not going so well. Did you catch him at something other than fishing? Is he hiding something behind that bush? Did you invade his private fishing spot or ruin his solitude? It's a fun photo to ponder, and I like the light on the leaves and the water.

What an adorable funny expression. He seems to be really enjoying that tall grass. This is the sort of photo every Grandmother would treasure. I like the textures in this image -- the soft hair, and the wispy grass.

I like the image because of the happiness in this man's face. Also there is enough surrounding information to get a good idea of who he is. The lighting is harsh, but I don't mind that, since it is part of the story -- he's a native American, outside, in the sunshine, having a very good time. Nice candid capture.

I like the fact that you used this challenge to do more than a straight portrait. The message I got from the shot was that this person (I knew who it was) is a bit of a puzzle -- or perhaps that you are showing us only one piece of this complex person. I think you did a good job of getting the point across, and I am amazed at how well you were able to match the puzzle piece to your face.

I love the clarity of the water and the ripples. I also like the patterns of the weeds. Oh, and the prince is quite handsome too. Nice light and color. The score may be low but your photo is on the page for the top scoring images for your lens.

I like the character, the angle, and the lighting of this portrait. I think it would have been very interesting without the heavy PP. As is, I find the PP distracting.

I really like this portrait. Nice strong face. The lighting is quite dramatic, but not overly so. The rotation really works well. I find the string on his neck distracting -- it fights with the other lines in his shirt and tie.

Nice natural light. I think with a tighter crop and perhaps a bit of rotation, you might be able to get a more dramatic image. As is, I think that this portrait would hold interest for the model and his friends and family, but not for many others.

She is beautiful and does look addictive. I wish the light was better on her face. Certainly is hard to do do a good portrait in dappled light. The bright background behind her head keeps pulling my attention away from that wonderful face.
