This is THE Pete? You failed to mention what a handsome guy he is! I like this portrait - casual, real, and warm. And he is indeed a very handsome fella. Edit to add - OK, but he's still quite good looking. :-)

I really like this portrait. Nice strong face. The lighting is quite dramatic, but not overly so. The rotation really works well. I find the string on his neck distracting -- it fights with the other lines in his shirt and tie.

the overall sharpness of your image makes it stand out.

The lines on his shirt help guide your eye.

One of the best in the most natural looking category.. the black string around the neck is the only thing that bugs me 8

Good shot, Sara. Lighting is well controlled and the tilted composition is nicely quirky. On a personal level the connection with the subject that I saw in a couple of your other shots is lacking here IMO. (no vote)

Nice, but the necklace or black string around the next is out of place

This is a simple pose, & straight forward shot & as a portrait it works!

This is good but the eyes are a little dark and you should have had him take his necklace off before the shoot. 8

The angle on this one is a little odd. I'd love to see a brighter catchlight in the eyes, and some different lighting to separate the subject from the background better (the hair and the background are very similar tone).
