It's a pane bein' brokeby skewsmeComment: I really like the strong but muted colors in this and the way the image is skewed. I like the wonderful texture of the wood too. It's a beautiful shot. |

The tourist and the localsby MelethiaComment: I love this shot. It has to be Germany, judging by the look on the woman's face -- such disapproval. I really like the range you got in this shot, with the tourist in the back. I like the texture of the pavement, and I like the median (or round-about) with the lines of the pavers radiating out.
It's funny that the man is walking behind the woman even though they seem to be together. My husband does that to me all the time, and it really annoys me. I have to keep turning around if I want to speak to him, and to see if he is still there. |

A Human Studyby IvoryComment: This is an awesome image. I love your processing, which makes it look like a poster to me. The window reflection gives it a really nice quality. He looks like a labeled museum display. Great title too. Congratulation on you high placement. |

#1 - Raining!by bobonacusComment: Is that whole crowd the GTG? Too bad about the rain, but then, that's to be expected in London. Looks cold too. This really makes me wonder what so many people are waiting for. When I first saw it, I thought is was USA early voting. |

SMC-swimming-2008-051.jpgby cryanComment: I like the motion blur of the arm while the rest of the shot is so clearly focused. It gives the feel of a race. An interesting thing to me is how much his/her? mouth looks like a fish mouth. |

2-nov 08 slice of life. computer malfunctionby rozComment: I like the puzzled expression, but the thing in this photo that grabs my attention is the cracked glass. Is that the overlay? Is it there to signify the broken computer? Sorry to be dense.

Day 01 - 3.5by KenComment: Great building. I like the lines of the roof, especially the dormers.
I can't understand the license business, but it is nice that you can reserve you spot in line and then leave to do other things. Here in Palm Beach Co., FL we have to stay in line and wait. They do give out tickets to people who can't physically do that, but someone in the line must hold the matching ticket. Our wait was 1.5 hours. They cut back on the number of early voting places, because of lost revenue this year. |

_DSC0095.jpgby sulamkComment: Oh, I like guinea fowl. They are such characters, and very pretty. Our next door neighbor had some (to eat the deer ticks) and they were always in our yard -- very amusing.
I like the spots on the guineas and the spots in the grass. You captured the birds very nicely here -- great detail. |
