Daydreamer by molinski4611Comment: This most definitely has an Andrew Wyeth feel to it. That's the first thing I thought when I saw it -- before I read your notes. The light is very beautiful. |

Cauldron Fallsby SaraRComment: Lovely, and natural looking for HDR. I still haven't got the hang of tone mapping. This is a great example of what HDR should look like -- still plenty of depth to the shot. |

I Don't THINK Soby levyj413Comment: What a difference two years makes. I have really enjoyed this series of photos. I just wish she didn't have on so much lip 'GLOSS!' ;) I think it is distracting. However, it also says, by it's inexpert application, that she is trying to be older than she really is. Perhaps that says more about her than any of the expressions you captured. |

White on Blueby KelliComment: Beautiful detail in the feathers. I wish there was more light on the birds face. I might have tried a filter>render>lighting effects using the omni light on the face. It's tricky to get it just right, but it can do a very nice job of adding light to important areas that are in shadow. I have used it on faces that are shaded by baseball caps. You might be able to achieve the feel of a second source of light being reflected from water below the bird. |

blinded by silenceby skewsmeComment: How stark. Nice job of capturing the white on white. I like the peaceful, simple composition, and the soft shadow of the swan. |

Nobody's homeby snafflesComment: The colors are wonderful. With the exception of the sky, this looks a lot like an Andrew Wyeth watercolor. (His sky would have been gray or white I imagine.) I really like the hint of color in the dried vegetation. The blue sky is beautiful, but I'm wondering if it overpowers the rest of the image. |
