Skimmingby MelethiaComment: I have this photo a 7. People don't really appreciate how hard it is to get good blur where the wing is perpendicular to the water so perfectly as shown in this photo. When the bird is flying directly into the light, then the blur become much more dramatic when shot from the bird's side. The lighting works a little bit against you in this shot because his face is in shadow. The wing and the water are beautiful and well photographed!
I always enjoy photos like this and am disappointed in the voters to see it down here. Bah! Message edited by author 2009-05-04 01:19:22. |

A dance at the fountainby rinacComment: Lynne thought this one was mine...and the only thing wrong with this photo is that it isn't sitting in my portfolio! I voted this one a 9 and am appalled to see it way down here! This is a cool motion blur photo. Well done! |

Gypsyby RistyzComment: Would have been nice to see a ribbon on this one, but an excellent finish for a first class photographer! ;-) |

Breakfast on the Runby smykComment: I would have given this a 10 if the wheel had motion blur movement. I voted earlier in the week and gave this one a 9. |
