Love the composition and the quirky chair on the dock. I think the horizon may be slightly askew. The dock is more likely to be tilted than the horizon in reality.

Love seeing the low-hanging cloud under the top of the tower. Your phone does a nice job with a somewhat tricky exposure (and/or you know how to adjust settings to manage that).
